A personalised 1 on 1 session - Great for achieving a personal or sport specific goal! Ideal for beginners wanting to develop their confidence in training.

GROUP FITNESS

45 minutes of strength and cardio - you will never complain about these sessions being boring! Suitable for all ages and abilities.

TRACK SESSION

For the beginner to the speedster. Work on your speed, technique and endurance. Ideal if you are training for a running event or looking for a new goal!
