After your 10 rounds of the above... (10 x each exercise, 9 x each exercise, 8 x each exercise... etc)
Then finish with 2 Rounds of the following:

30x Mountain Climbers
40x Flutter Kicks
10x Butterfly Sit Ups
20x Ankle Taps e/s
40x V-Sits
