50x Bulgarian Squats
50x Wide Push Ups
50x Dips
50x Walking Lunges
50x V-Snaps
50x Marching Glute Bridges
50x Supermans
Run 400m after every exercise
Every pause in an exercise earns 20 Squats
Done. Paid my fines of 40 squats, earnt in v-snaps. Changed bridges for 50 ankle taps, both sides, and dips for bicep curls, also 50 both sides.
That's going to hurt!
