Team, here's your next workout. Start off with "Sally Up" with Squats. If you don't know what Sally Up is, then drop us a message.
Then move into the work out which is a Pyramid, starting with 9 reps, then 15, then 22 and back down - so total 5 rounds.
Then finish with Sally Up but this time with a Plank!
